What was the Business Need?

Process management for clinicians and care coordinators was complex and not very streamlined. Patient onboarding tasks were often missed causing a decrease in the quality of care management. Patients would often get frustrated with being asked to provide information more than once. Care coordinators and physicians were getting frustrated with the complexity of onboarding, inability to easily locate insurance cards, not having proper visibility into IntakeQ appointments for patients etc.
